Abstract

The XXI century have also arrived movements of ideas, which have not become trends, and that join those that have been mentioned above as: constructivism (of different, nuances), environmental holism, complex thinking, critical pedagogy (with its variants) and the so-called pedagogy of diversity, among other controversies, which we offer in this study for critical analysis by the national and international pedagogical community. To face it, they have been used with a set of methods of macrosocial and microsocial research with emphasis on qualitative ones, favored from their methodological procedures and scientific inquiry. The study reflects on the role of the Pedagogy of Diversity as an unifying element of educational inclusion to face the changes that are coming in the training of professionals required by the XXI century.
