Educational proposal directed to the parents 'and guardians' education committee of the tchikuteni´s community in the giraúl locality on the moçâmedes municipality, namibe province

Abstract

The paper deals with a pertinent theme that is related to the Formation of the Commission of Parents and Guardians of Education - Case of Tchikuteni Community in the locality of Giraúl in the Municipality of Moçâmedes, province of Namibe. The objective of this work is: To prepare an educational proposal that will contribute to the strengthening of the work of the parents 'and guardians' committees of the pupils of the 26th school in the Mungongo Island Community. The locality of Giraúl Muhombo is 17 km from the city of Moçâmedes, where a father lives who has 169 children, of whom 74 are studying in the same school. It also has the registration of two of the children being teachers of their brothers and a former wife professor of the same institution. As reference, important aspects of historical evolution, theoretical-methodological conceptions from the physiological, psychological and pedagogical point of view, linguistic and cultural heritage and also some theoretical bases related to the concepts of family education, educational method, educational work and characterize the situation present the educational work in the community. Finally, an educational proposal will be proposed to strengthen the educational work of the parents' commissions and full-time teachers of school-age students in the community of Giraúl Muhombo in the city of Moçâmedes, which could serve as an experience for the other committees of parents and caregivers.
