Mapeando el concepto de liderazgo: una revisión sistemática de revisiones de literatura

Angola ha tomado medidas para profundizar su democracia, modernizar sus bienes y servicios y adecuar su administración pública a las mejores prácticas internacionales. En este contexto, la necesidad de comprender el fenómeno del «liderazgo» motivó este estudio, dada la diversidad de perspectivas. Para orientar el estudio, se definió la siguiente pregunta de revisión: ¿Cómo se caracteriza el liderazgo en la literatura de 2018 a 2023? Teniendo en cuenta que existen revisiones de literatura recientes sobre el fenómeno objeto de estudio, se optó por una revisión sistemática de revisiones sistemáticas de literatura, con un enfoque cualitativo, proporcionando un análisis global del cuerpo de información disponible, coherente con los objetivos del estudio y los criterios de selección. Las evidencias del estudio revelaron que diversas áreas del conocimiento se interesan por el estudio del liderazgo, con enfoques diferentes, que se van desarrollando a lo largo del tiempo, enfatizando su carácter situacional y dinámico. También revelaron que, en general, los estudios sobre liderazgo giran en torno a su naturaleza, las condiciones de su surgimiento y/o sus consecuencias. Por otro lado, destacan la escasez de publicaciones sobre el fenómeno en Angola donde no se ha encontrado ningún estudio que cumpliera los criterios de selección. Las evidencias contribuyen a la constatación de que el liderazgo no es un fenómeno administrativo y/o jerárquico. Antes es un fenómeno psicosocial dinámico, en el que contribuyen varios factores además del líder. El liderazgo impregna las relaciones humanas y, en el contexto organizacional, se manifiesta en un ambiente de cambio constante y de gestión de riesgos, y es susceptible de desarrollo.
