Abstract

It is necessary to analyze and discuss the social problems at school because they are barriers that obstruct the integral development of students’ personality. They should be assumed as the content of the education. However, this is a problem because teachers and professors are not able to face this challenge so the objective of this work is to implement a program to contextualize social problems in the educative process of different schools. There were applied different theoretical methods that allowed to diagnosticate the social problems that the schools have in this province and the knowledge the teachers have about this. The proposal has three topics with 192 hours. It was evaluated as adequate by experts. It was applied in the pedagogical practice with 99 teachers and 20 schools’ directors in different schools of the province. There was changes and transformations of people behavior in the community. This proposal has as results publications of articles, mastery theses and courses.
